To see the detail in a piece of jewellery, click on the image to go to the Product Information page. Click once on the image to see an enlargement, click again to go back to the image. You can do this for all the images of the piece.
MAKING A PURCHASE
This could not be easier. Remember to click on the numbers at the bottom of product images to see the variations available. Browse my store, click on items to put them into the shopping cart and click checkout when you have finished.
PAYMENTS
We take payments through the PayPal system. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit or debit card as a visitor to the site. It is very straightforward and secure!
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Normally, we dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of order. We will email you to tell you that your piece has been posted. Please allow a week for your purchase to arrive, just in case we are away at a show when you place your order.
GUARANTEE
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and will refund you if you are not happy. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
RETURNS
If you should want to return goods, this must be done within 21 days of the date of dispatch. All return delivery charges are the full responsibility of the customer unless the product is returned because of a defect or an error made by us, in which case we will refund the postage costs incurred by you for returning the item. We will of course, replace damaged goods due to manufacturing faults. This rarely happens.
